"We tried the Friday Takeaway dinner for the first time tonight and it was such an interesting concept. You choose one of 2 dishes, reserve the number of dinners you need, set a pickup time the day before and your order is ready to go when you arrive. The dish we chose was so delicious and feels as close to a home-cooked meal as you can get without cooking it yourself. Our 8 year old is quite the picky food critic and he loved the meal. It’s a great value for the generous portions too. Looking forward to returning and trying more dishes!"

"Random picture of a pumpkin because the food was so good there was nothing left to photograph. I had the coffee and blueberry muffin. The coffee was local and incredible! I caught myself shocked by how good it was even after I’d been going about my day and had a drink and it was still great! The blueberry muffin… remember from the show Friends when Rachel and Chandler get a cheesecake they found delivered to the wrong place and they ate it and described it. That “rich flakey crust, soft fluffy inside with moist creamy blueberry”… so amazing!!!! The menu is small but everything is made to such perfection everyone will find something they love!"

"We got Butternut Kitchen to go and it was spectacular! The Chicken Salad Croissant is my favorite - a great size, enough for a hearty appetite and very fresh. Also LOVED the carrot salad and the muffins which are the very best muffins I’ve ever had! We’re so thrilled you came to Frederick!"

"We had the Schnitzel dinner tonight and we were blown away! Everything was a hit, even with the toddler. I can honestly say that we will be back, especially for the Schnitzel (and that sauce)!"

"I had to check out this new eatery in downtown Frederick and want to spread the word about what a great place it is! If you like fresh ingredients and high quality home made food this is the place! I had the Rueben Sandwich and the pickled beets as a side and let me tell you... every bite was a delight! They are open from 7am-2pm for breakfast and lunch only. The breakfast menu looked awesome and their baked goods passed my highest of standards test. I can't wait to try their cinnamon rolls :-) It's more of a take-out little place but there are tables to sit at and the people are really nice. It's worth going to and much healthier than much of what is out there. Don't wait, just go! I want this place to thrive so we can have more healthy and tasty food options available in this area."

"This small business just opened in our little downtown Frederick! We are so excited to have them! We tried the sausage biscuit and orange cinnamon roll for breakfast. Both were FABULOUS! We can’t wait to come back!"

"First time visiting this place. I got a rueban to go and was very happy with both taste and portion. Very tasty and just right size for lunch. While I was waiting the person at the table next to me mentioned she really like the chicken salad she was eating. Will definitely go back to try some of their other offerings."
